Post Exams Blues

Should had blogged!

I had been lazy lazing around. Haha. After exams, free but lazy to blog.

Whee! Finally exams are over! My last paper was on Monday. Yesterday had my first lecture for the new semester. Haha. So, effectively I had 2 days of break before my new lessons. Haiz. That's why I'm sianz.

Will be taking Network Management and Strategic Marketing this semester. Think will kill me lor but I WILL SURVIVE!

Anyway, super tired of Politics! Everywhere oso have, be it office or school. Haiz. At this rate I'm going, I should be ready for the next GE.

Tonight will be going for lessons again and tomorrow a full day. At least I'm happy learning from it coz it's darn good knowledge learning from the lecturers.

Ok. A short update on my investments yesterday. I bought "Just One More Day" by Mitch Albom. It's his latest release after "Tuesdays with Morrie and Five People you meet in Heaven" Its been a good book so far.

I finally got my first mp3 player as well. ZEN V Plus 2Gig White. I shall post pics and give review pretty soon.

Now gotta go and "work" le.

Mugging Time!

Let's blog quickly!!!

Ok. I wun be blogging for sometime as my exams are just round the corner. Took 1 week leave to prepare myself for the exams. Excuse is to study. Actually, I just don't feel like going to work. Haha. Who does anyway?

Ok. Today is Wednesday. So, first day of leave. Slept till 12noon before I was awaken by one of my vendors who call me on my mobile. But it's okie. Had a nice lunch and packed my room so that it will be "neater" and hopefully will bring in the mood of studying.

Hahaha. As if packing my room help. But at least it doesn't look like a junk yard anymore. Spoke to G for a while on the phone.

SHE IS SICK!!!!

So she gotta rest well........

I'll be going out to study later. Too many nice and welcoming distractions in my home. So what the hell did I pack my room for? Hahaha. Anyway, so far, the only constructive thing I did today is to pack my room and organise my study materials. Very impt hor. I always organise my study materials and make them into a sort of study kit so that I will know how much I need to study.

Hahaha. So that should be about all lar. Might be meeting G later for dinner. Depends if she recover. hehehe..

Thank God Its Friday!

Anyway, had a nice closure to the week. After work, returned home and had dinner. Then went down Orchard to pick June up and went Tampines Mall to catch a movie...

Synopsis

Indeed a cool movie. The evil of man is shown in it. There's this scene in the movie when both the crown prince and the empress visited a poison dealer (one after another) and bought the "supposed" most poisonous poison... mmm..poisonous poison.... anyway.. they both asked the dealer the same question...

Scene
Dealer: This poison is made up of black scorpion from the south, king scorpion from the north.... blah blah.... (perfect salesman)

Empress: Is there anything more poisonous than this?

Dealer: Yes.

Empress: What is it?

Dealer: The heart of man.

Empress: ... -_-"'

Hahaha... okie.. i added the last one in myself. But it was real true. The heart of man can be 10 times worse than the best poison in the world. The NC 16 rating I guess for the movie was for the amount of blood spilled for foolish reasons and the ass crack of Zhang Ziyi that you see. Haha. But the movie was not about ass cracks... its about the human heart.

Alas, the movie ended after 2 hours and we sat there still figuring out what happened in the end.. I cannot say out the ending and those who had not watch will just simply kill me lor... hehe.. catch it urself..

Went home after movie. These few days, really no TP on the road leh. Think all of them really involved in the IMF. The roads are super safe to drive on.. So I drove within MY safety limits and reached home in 15mins. Wee... Spoke to June for a while and went to sleep. Haiz.

Okie. That's about all. Suppose to go four horse road today actually but HAIZ!!!! Later go do project and kill some brain cells...

Blog about Happy Stuffs!

Let me blog!

Been sometime since the last post and admit I'm getting kind of lazy to blog. Hehe. Anyway, I'm here blogging again. IHFEC 2006 is finally over (*hears sign of relief) I took some pictures and really some only. I brought my digital camera along actually but didn't bother to snap any pics except 2 using my W800i.

Yupz. That's about all I want to post about IHFEC 2006. 1 year of preparation for 3 days of show. Signz again...

Last saturday, went to so called mini-celebrate Arthur's belated bdae. We went Chomp Chomp!When Arthur suggested going Chomp Chomp, I was like... where is it? He just "gan" me and mentioned that I wasted 24 years of my life living in Singapore and not know about Chomp Chomp.

Exams is just 12 days away and I haven't started revising. I must not look down on Business Economics and Marketing Information Systems. I just need that "fear" to creep in and I will start studying.

YEAH! This weekend, going to meet G and go Four Horse Road to walk walk... Looking forward..

Reflections

Let's reflect and blog...

Sometimes in life, God allows us to go wild and astray so that we will learn lessons the hard way. Sometimes we get off lightly, sometimes we don't. Whatever it is, God never closes all the doors without opening a window.

In life, we sometimes encounter unexpected situations and decisions to make we have to. It's time like this that test our mettle and worth. Our decision making against the values we hold. I failed this time and regreting it. Now, I can only try to minimise the mistake done and not carry on with it. Let's hope wisdom fill me once again and let me get out of it in the best way possible.

People do not only reflect when things do not go their way. In fact, sometimes when things go their way, they do stop and reflect on it. Coz' at the end of the day, they might not know what is best for themselves. I know what is best for myself but why am I going the other way, away from what is good for me. Why do I not have the courage to go for what I want and what is good.

Perhaps, I should really close myself out and reorganise myself so thatI can have the energy, courage and spirit to do what is right. I should like racing cars, take a pit stop of my life to re-fuel myself before charging onwards to the checked flag.

I shall do it. I must do it. Coz' it's my life after all and if I do not fight for what I want, it's not going to drop from the sky again like it happen before. I got to go for it this time. Wait for me please, I will be coming back...

Finally, I'm back!

Blogging Once Again...

Been a long long time since I last blog. Had been a hell of a week for me. Finally, IHFEC 2006 is over. After one year of toil and labour, all is done and it's finished. The event is over but not done with.

The event had many emotions for me and it was very demoralizing for me personally. I do not know about others but I felt alot and although it did not turn out the way I wanted it to, I'm still glad it had come to a close.

I had learnt how to work with more difficult people and handle different people and situations that arises without warning and how to keep a cool mind and deal with them.

Now, I'm lying lazily on my bed, checking all the emails and catching up with friends. I guess I will hit the sack pretty soon and wake up at night to watch my fav. tv shows which I miss so very much.

This gonna be a pretty short blog and I got to sign off soon. More stories will come up pretty soon. Tml got to go work to settle the accounts for the event. Suppose the accounts will take 3 to 4 weeks of work.

Another random thing. Last night, on the way back from EXPO, Gi smsed me and I called her back. Nice to hear that she is back safe and sound. Shall meet her next week.
