Few Nights In Beijing...
Let's blog about Beijing...
Its been like 3 weeks since I came back and like 2 months since I last blogged. Anyway, this post is more of an update about my trip and recent stuff.
Took a midnight flight at 1.15am and arrived Beijing in the early morning. I was kind of impressed with the airport.
On the way to hotel from the airport, there were similar trees along both sides of the road. Found out from the "shi fu" (term for driver) that those trees are call "Bai Liu Shu"
After checking in at Park Royal, went to walk around and did a bit of sight-seeing. Visited this temple thingy which was the one with the emperors visited in the olden days.
**Front View of the temple
**Some chinese characters...
**The road circled in red is the same path which only the emperor can take when visiting the emperor. I tried it as well and it felt kinda good. =)
There are really alot of interesting buildings & structures in Beijing... Check them out!
**This is the Beijing version of Sim Lim Square. Lots of computer & electronic stuffs inside.
After staying the first day at Park Royal, then went to stay at Hyatt which was nearer to office.
**My room which I slept for so many nights
**View from the room
Of course there must be some pictures to prove that it is China after all.
**The bicycle speaks for itself...
**Law & Order???
**Amazed? Not a really sex shop. They just sell contraceptives... haha
Some other Uniquely Beijing pictures...
**Wan Fu Jing... Singapore's version of Orchard Road...
**The shop selling Beijing 2008 Stuff...
**Food Street... Yum Yum...
**Home Sweet Home..
Thats basically the photo wrap-up for the Beijing Trip. Will be going back in 1 weeks time anyway.
Another great news.... I had finally finished my part-time studies. Now, I have so much time to do stuff I like or even just relax fully at home. Speaking of this, I shall stop here for now as I will be going Sentosa tml.
Hehe..
Cheers!
